 Anna Rogers, RN, BSN, CNN
Area Administrator
Anna started her nursing career in 1989 with an Associate's Degree, receiving her Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in 1994. She started in dialysis in the acute setting in 1996 at the University of Arizona, then received her Certification in Nephrology Nursing in 1999.
Anna joined Liberty Dialysis in August of 2006 to manage the Boise acute program. In February 2007, she became Facility Administrator for both the Meridian and Nampa facilities in addition to managing the acute services. She is currently serving as the Chapter President for the American Nephrology Nurse's Association (ANNA) Sawtooth Chapter.
Some of Anna's work goals are anemia management and promoting the best possible quality care for her patients. She strives to provide the highest quality educational opportunities for her staff in an effort to create the most outstanding multi-disciplinary team in the Treasure Valley. Anna is an avid reader and also enjoys doing cross-stitching in her spare time. She plans on returning to school to receive a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

 Sheri Stanley, RN, CPDN
Home Program Director
Sheri Stanley is the Home Program Manager for Liberty Dialysis and has been a certified Peritoneal Dialysis nurse since 1996-working in the dialysis field for 14 years. Her primary focus and experience has been in the area of Peritoneal Dialysis.
She was born in Boise, Idaho, and is a 1990 graduate of Wenatchee Valley College in Wenatchee, Washington with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
Sheri is married and has 3 children. Her hobbies include reading, scrap booking, playing Sudoku, and spending time with her family.

 Clara Flynn, RD, LD, CSR, CDE
Renal Dietitian
Clara is the registered dietitian at Liberty Dialysis. She attended the University of Idaho for an undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition, completed an internship at OHSU in Portland, Oregon and received her Masters Degree in Adult Education from the University of Idaho Boise Center. Her experience includes 18 years in clinical dietetics at St. Alphonsus RMC and 10 years in Renal Nutrition. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition. She has been with Liberty since July of 2006.

 Chris Merithew
Chief Technician
Chris joined Liberty Dialysis in Feb. 2007 as Bio-Med Technician for the Liberty Dialysis clinic in Meridian, Idaho. He was recently promoted to Chief Technician for both the Meridian and Nampa facilities, and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of in-center and acute dialysis equipment.
Chris retired from the United States Air Force as an F-15 Avionics Craftsman and Production Superintendent in Jan., 2005. He earned an A.A.S. in Aviation Electronics Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.

Darla has worked as an RN for the past 25 years in clinical, managerial, and performance improvement roles. Her experience includes dialysis, emergency department, and critical care.

 Dana Bettencourt, CCHT
Clinical Educator
Dana Bettencourt is a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician, and works as the Clinical Educator for both the Meridian and Nampa units of Liberty Dialysis. She chairs the CQI programs, oversees the Vascular Access programs and teaches CPR classes as well. She is passionate about learning and stretching her abilities—then sharing what she's learned with others.
Dana has worked in the dialysis field for 6-1/2 years. She loves spending her free time getting together with her family, including 3 grandchildren; photography; and playing with and caring for her dogs.

 Patricia Gibbens, RN
Clinical Coordinator, Nampa Outpatient Unit
is a 1996 graduate of Mesa Community College School of Nursing. Her early career focused in the areas of women, infant, and children's services. In 2007 she transitioned into dialysis, joining the Liberty Dialysis team. She has thoroughly enjoyed the change, the challenge, and the rewards of this specialty.

 Heather Moon, LMSW
Nephrology Social Worker
Heather joined Liberty Dialysis in July of 2007. An Idaho native, Heather graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, where her initial experience focused on working with adolescents. In 2006, Heather returned to Boise State University to obtain her Master's degree in the advanced standing program for Social Work. During this time, she did her internship at the Boise Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center. Although she spent much of her time in the outpatient substance abuse program, Heather experienced many different aspects of social work while on the VA campus.
Heather has a profound interest in human relationships as well as human behavior, and continues her education in the area of theory through reading--developing her knowledge base to help meet the individual needs of her patients.
Heather enjoys exercising, spending time with friends and family, snow skiing, traveling, and music.

 Challis Morris
Administrative Assistant
Challis Morris has been with Boise Kidney & Hypertension Institute and Liberty Dialysis for over 2 years, and has worked in the medical field for 9 years. For the past year she has served as administrative assistant with Liberty Dialysis, and also assumes some billing responsibilities for Boise Kidney.
Challis was born and raised in Boise and has 3 beautiful children.

 Mary Tinoco
Administrative Assistant
Mary joined Liberty Dialysis in March of 2008 as the administrative assistant for the Nampa facility. She has worked in the medical field for over 18 years. Mary loves people and prides herself on customer service. She also speaks fluent Spanish.
Mary loves being a grandma to her four grandchildren, cooking, and is a yard sale enthusiast.
