Boise Kidney physician partners participate in the ownership and operation of Liberty Dialysis clinics located in Meridian and Nampa, Idaho.

Open: 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday
12 dialysis chairs
Mon., Wed., and Fri. – three shifts a day (morning, afternoon and evening)
Tues., Thurs., and Sat. – two shifts a day (morning and afternoon)

Nampa Facility:

Open: 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday
12 dialysis chairs
Mon., Wed., and Fri. – two shifts a day (morning and afternoon)
Tues., Thurs., and Sat. – one shift a day (morning)
