Jerry Meng, MD

Jerry Meng, MD is a nephrologist at the Boise Kidney & Hypertension Institute, in Meridian, Idaho. He graduated summa cum laude with a major in Biology from Drew University, in Madison, NJ, followed by four years at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ.

Dr. Meng completed three years of post-graduate training at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center for his Internal Medicine internship and residency. Thereafter, he continued his training at the University of California, San Diego, where he finished his fellowship in nephrology and his requirements for certification in transplant nephrology by the American Society of Transplantation.

Dr. Meng’s professional interests are in all areas of nephrology, but in particular renal transplantation and mineral metabolism. His hobbies include photography and jogging.
