Amit Sharma, MD, FACP, FASN

Dr. Sharma is the Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Renal Research Institute (PRRI). PRRI conducts research together with Boise Kidney & Hypertension Institute (BKHI) at our Meridian and Caldwell offices. Dr. Sharma has extensive experience conducting primary research and is a principal investigator for numerous clinical trials in the field of nephrology and hypertension. At BKHI, trials are underway in anemia management, hypertension control, and kidney function protection strategies.
